Terms and conditions

CHARTERING TERMS & CONDITIONS 2020

  • Prices are in Euro, per week & include current VAT 12% (50% discounted rate on the full 24% VAT rates applicable on long range cruises). Charter period: 7 nights / 6 days.

  • Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

  • Charter rates include: Use of the yacht and her equipment, mooring fees for first & last charter night at our charter bases.

  • Charter rates do not include: Skipper services, hostess/cook services, fuel, water, mooring fees, canal fees, provisioning, transfers.

  • Embarkation: Starting date from 17:00 / Disembarkation: Ending date by 09:00 – Compulsory return at the base the evening before end of charter at 18:00 the latest. Check in/out procedures time is considered part of the charter period.

  • By requesting booking confirmation / invoice to be issued by Enjoy Sailing NEPA, both the agent and the charterer acknowledge that have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of booking and of Charter Contract.

  • The yachts are being checked thoroughly underwater by professional diver, during every check out procedure, according company’s policy.

  • Crew list, copy of skipper’s license, arrival details & contact numbers are required the latest one week prior to embarkation.

  • Claims are negotiable, only via e-mail, within 3 days from the end of charter. Any claim after such period, may be disregarded.

  • Charters during special offer period (02.03 – 27.04 & 26.10 – 30.11) are subject to availability, because of winter maintenance works.

  • During special offer period no discounts are applicable, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Obligatory & Optional extras are payable at base in cash, prior to embarkation. Optional extras should be preordered at least one week before charter. Extras that may be ordered at base prior to embarkation, are subject to last minute availability.

Base Info documents which are considered valid are only the ones below:

Documents & Info Required

  • Passports or identity cards of all crew members
  • Original sailing licenses of skipper & co-skipper
  • Crew list filled in with names / passport numbers / nationalities
  • Arrival details & flight numbers
  • Charterer’s mobile number
  • No pets are permitted on board, unless this will be accepted by our company in written confirmation. In this case an extra fee will be applied.

Bookings

  • Are subject to Enjoy Sailing NEPA Terms & Conditions 2020.

  • Options are placed upon request with validity of 5 days.

  • Bookings are confirmed only when official booking confirmation / invoice has been provided from

Enjoy Sailing NEPA via e-mail and first payment has been received into company’s bank account in due time.

Obligatory per charter (payable in cash at base prior to embarkation)

  • Standard Charter Pack (end cleaning, water, 1 set of bed linen & towels per person/per week, 2 gas bottles)

2 cab: 80,00 € / 3 cab: 100,00 € / 4 cab: 130,00 € / 5 cab: 160,00 €

Optional Extras

  • S.U.P. (Stand Up Paddle Surf): 100,00 € per week & 500,00 € security dep.

  • Safety net: 180,00 € from 32ft up to 46ft / 230,00 € from 50ft to 54ft – per charter

  • Internet on board: Wi-Fi router with 8GB 50,00 € – per week

  • Extra set of linen & towels: 8,00 € per set (includes 1 bath towel / 1 face towel / 2 bed linen / 1 pillow case)

  • Extra set of towels or extra set of linen: 5,00 € per set

  • Junior/baby life jacket: 20,00 € each

  • Overnight stay (for the night before or after charter- valid only when the yacht remains available): 35 € per person / per night

DISCOUNT POLICY

  • Early booking 10% *valid until 31.03.2020*

  • 3 or more weeks charter 10%

  • Repeater client 5%

  • Multiple yachts booking 3% per yacht (valid for booking more than 3 yachts simultaneously)

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Upon confirmation advance payment 50% is required via bank transfer or via online payment by credit / debit card or by Pay Pal.

  • Balance payment 50% is due 30 days prior to embarkation via bank transfer or via online payment by credit / debit card or by Pay Pal.

  • All amounts must be received into company’s bank account in full, net of banking or credit card fees. 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation via bank transfer / 50% balance payment is due the latest upon embarkation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% to the total charter fee.

  • If payments are not made by the due dates, the company reserves the right, without any liability, to cancel the booking & charter the yacht to a third party.

  • Cancellation of crew services: 1 to 60 days before embarkation, 30% to the total service fee.

SECURITY DEPOSIT OPTIONS

For all bareboat and skippered charters, cover against damage or loss to the yacht and her equipment is required and can be settled, as further detailed below.

Security Deposit*

  • The Security Deposit is a sum of between 2.500,00 € and 3.500,00 € -depending on the yacht size- will be asked at base prior to embarkation. This amount will cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the charter period and is refundable in case of no damages or losses. The Security Deposit is payable via POS machine by Credit card, Debit card, or in cash. The company reserves the right not to accept payment of security deposit in cash.
